Our Mission
Tony Callaway – Managing Partner
A seasoned executive, Tony Callaway comes from a 20-year Navy background having served in multiple roles of responsibility in the United States and abroad. During his service, Tony received numerous commendations and awards for his outstanding performance and dedication to duty.
After retiring from the Navy, Tony transitioned into the civilian workforce, where he spent 10 years in the IT field serving in multiple roles supporting government contracting companies. Tony developed a passion for technology and saw the potential for using technology to solve real-world business problems.
Motivated by his passion for technology and his desire to have influence, Tony decided to start his own IT consulting firm. He founded the company with the goal of providing high-quality, customized IT solutions to businesses across various industries. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOSB), Tony is committed to serving other veterans and their families by creating employment opportunities and providing support to veteran organizations.
Tony’s military background has prepared him well for the challenges of entrepreneurship. He brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail. He understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration, and he uses those skills to build strong relationships with his clients and employees.
As one of the founders and Managing Partner at Mission Dynamic, Tony is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the business. He is committed to delivering high-quality services to his clients and exceeding their expectations. He continues to seek out new opportunities to grow his business and expand its offerings.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his son’s flag football and basketball teams. He is an avid gym enthusiast. He also volunteers his time with various community organizations and charities, including those that support veterans and their families.
